What an exciting night! As it was the beginning of playoffs everyone was fired up to play their best. Sloppy Sets ended up playing a doubleheader having won the first match of the semifinals. Erica Nukaya gets player of the week for giving her all. With beautiful sets, saves, and tips. Her hits were amazing low hard hits :) Her enthusiasm, encouragement to teammates, and good communication by talking it up on court were awesome! Great playing Erica!!
Carli had herself a night! It was a little odd what happened the last two games for her. She actually during both games ended up rotating into the servers position at 23 points both times and was able to serve out the win in both games! Great play, you could tell she was really having a great time and had the true underdog spirit with her. Keep it up Carli and good luck the rest of the season!
