A ball in the sac! And no-taps on the correct lanes...
Congratulations to Ballsacs for being Fall Thursdays at Hollywood Bowl champions. After winning their first game by a mere two pins, Ballsacs played a solid second round versus Ceiling Cat and the Kitten Killers with half of the team bowling over 150. Though the win could be attributed to a number of variables, I believe their true power lay in the mask of (a bit smaller version of) Nacho Libre! With these kinds of friends on your side, how could it possibly go wrong?
Second place Ceiling Cat and the Kitten Killers bowled two great games in their absolutely awesome team uniforms. My favorite is the kitten running from the two plush little monsters. An omen? Maybe. Awesome? Absolutely.
Of course, in a team uniform contest, Bowl Movement gets an absolute first place for the bowling ball blocked digestive system and #2s. Bowl Movement rallied in the second game, but could not match the no-tapping prowess of Sweet Spanish China. Ben of SSC bowls two amazing games in a row and the team pulls together a ridiculous 14 no tap tickets for the big no-tap prize. How nice it must feel to have bragging rights over those of the championship...non-winners. Congrats!
Special Math Club pulls in third after an upset loss to CCATKK and great bowling in the second game. Though there won't be another pin on the SMC t-shirts from this season, the new ones from the last championship make those shirts look even better. To next season!

Last night may have been the first game back at Hollywood Bowl for awhile but our Big Turkeyers looked right at home. This week's Playa of tha Week, Henrietta "don't laugh, its my real name" Toch, bowled the best game of her life, dropping spares and strikes like they were hot and refusing to let her fellow Ballsacs down. Lets see what they come up with for next week's Boob-Tube night!
