The Summer Suns did their best Icarus impersonation. Yet this time there was no fall. En route to the championship, they played in the sun, they played in the clouds, they even played with Duke nearly jumping out of his fur to get the ball. Congratulations Summer Suns!
Exhibiting her true Underdog Core Values, Camille showed up early for her game this week; and instead of stretching and warming up, she jumped right in as a sub for another team that was trying to get their game going. Thank you Camille! Also to the other substitute helpers Lena, Ryan and Anna! And Jessica for helping the supervisor clean up at the end of the night! Oregon Park Mondays RULE!
