Tim Wheeler earned himself a UNDERDOG wristband, for his leaping catch against the wall in left field. It easily saved a run or two and kept things tight in a nail- biter. Tim, being humble and generous promptly gave away his prize to a deserving teammate.
Thanks for making the game great and making everyone around you have more fun.
Player of the week honors goes to Julies Rivera and Tim Wheeler. The ball was hit to Tim in left field. Tim scooped the ball up and threw the ball to Julies. Julies caught the ball and threw it home just intime to get the game tying run out.
Player of the week honors goes to Celeste Tillman for her game winning RBI in extra innings. Came up to the plate with a tone of pressure on her. She brushed that off and came up with a huge game winning hit.
