Every rose has it thorns, but none have ever stung as good as Kick Tease's Rose! Whether it was flinging some banter towards the umpires or impressing everyone with her full extensions, Rose brought the heat all season. Tonight was nothing short of the same as she made an amazing line drive catch, bunted with the best of them, and steered her team to victory (Yes, JP helped too!). Cheers to a great season and nice wristband;. never a doubt. SHOTS!
Kick Tease was definitely firing on all cylinders tonight. In what was a competitive - but still fun-natured - game, the Tease finished strong as usual. Bouncing line drives off fingers (try to tease us now!), their kicks were just out of the reach of their opposition. Their catches were equally as magnificent as they gently cradled flying balls in their orange armband adorned extremities. They even taught the refs a thing or two with their light-hearted ruling briefs. Keep teasing us Kick Tease, pretty pretty please.
It's hard not to give a team of the week award to a team that collectively comes together to win a double-header. Kick Tease brought their "A" game to a sloppy field, and took advantage of the conditions, stretching out extra bases and using the wet, cushioned grass to make some diving stabs in the outfield. Kick Tease definitely is a team to watch this season.
