Humdingers battled all night long at Westmoreland yesterday in a pivotal game against Bad News Beers. Humdingers found themselves chasing all game long, but saw their window of opportunity in the bottom of the 7th trailing by 3. With a runner on second and game tied up after an all around team effort, Joshua of Humdingers sent a deep shot into right to send the final run to the plate. The ball was hit too deep and runner danced home while Humdingers celebrated at 2nd base, hoisting Joshua in celebration. For the walk off hit, Joshua is our Player of the Week!
John was an all star for Humdingers this past Tuesday at Westmoreland. Anything the team needed, John was able to provide. From pitching a stellar game all night long, to consistently getting on base, John was the difference maker for Humdingers win over I'd Hit That. Even with it being opening day, John looked like he was truly in midseason form. For his incredible all around performance, John is our Player of the Week!
