Sarah (Team Mom)

Pitches Be Crazy

In the kitchen, at the cages and on the field. This team mom is flat getting it done for this weeks player of the week. Always full of energy and life (except when she has one too many the night before ...woopsie)
Serving it up for her teammate husband and supportive sons. And working it out for her team at home plate. (with a bunch of protection for the ump...Thanks Girl) You can find this lady in full throttle at home cookin (the food, cleaning dishes and laundry) then she runs out to the batting cages to get her game tight so when its time and her number is called she can get it done for her team. (what, what! mic drop that just happened) Can you say AWESOME [in my high voice] She is practicing to make this thing look easy. (you gotta love that) This lady is beating out every throw for the player of the week. She even brought bungee cords to make sure I could drink my water between innings. Total team mom behaviors. But doo not be fooled she's a player and hit the ball like a pro you could not tell her she wasn't getting it done... Awesome day
Sarah (team mom)
btw thank you

Pitches Be Crazy

This team has two players who are in a pennant race for player of the week. Both players give a new meaning to the team player. Both are the unsung heroes, both are here for their team however the team needs them. They don't seem to draw too much attention and if you didn't know them you would sort of forget they were there they are that quiet. But this guy won the foot race this week because he left it all out on the field today. He tracked down a few long fly balls and barley missed making the big play a couple of times. Do not be fooled, this did not get our player of the week down no sir, he just came up to bat and hit the ball like the team player he is and helped out his team that way and ran the bases well. I feel his pain on those big plays and yes, it would have been lovely to come up with the big play, but sometime we are good by making our team better. Mr Corey did that today, they did not come up with the W but this guy is the winner in my book today.
His team was so memorable that I changed their names to "crazy pitches"... We all laughed about it
Thanks Corey.
