Fall Co-ed Volleyball at Blazers Boys & Girls Club Mondays

Mindy had a tremendous showing in her first game as the lead setter for moovel team. She took full advantage of her skills in placing backwards sets strategically for her team and was key in leading them to victory. Aside from those sets, she was the voice of encouragement to not only her team but her opponent as well. She jumped at the opportunity to fill in for a fellow team that was short players and continued to be a positive influence on this team despite being tired. If ever there was a play that didn't go as planned, she shook it off and made sure to acknowledge her teammates before getting ready for the next play. Mindy is a strong player that is crushing teams with positivity and sets up everyone around her for success!!

The player of the week is Kari Fremont from Inappropriate Touches! Not only for having epic socks every Monday night, but for also showing up and working the net like a boss. It didn't matter the play, Kari was at the net putting in work and creating opportunities for her teammates. Watch out for Kari as she leads her team into the next round of playoffs!
