Fall Co-ed Softball at Lillis Albina Park Sundays

Monish "Money" Shah was a revelation on the field and at the plate. Monish threw two ends of a double header without ceding a walk. He also managed to connect on six home runs over two games to lead his team to well earned victory in game one and keep them in it until the end in game two. Congrats Monish, way to make it rain.

No doubt about it, Austin's head was in the game. Outside his consistency throwing strikes he managed to snag two line drives that were sent sailing right at him while on the mound.

Andrea was a great player to have at the ballpark today. In her teams two games she played multiple positions without question. And she played them well. She was always happy when she came to the plate, regardless of the outcome of her at-bat. And while playing catcher I can't count the number of times she vocalized encouragement for her opponents on good hits. The positive and energetic nature of Andrea is why we all love to take part in these games, as players or officials.
