It was going to take two wins tonight is the Softcore 2 Championships to take home the coveted 2014 Wristbands. The Bundercats were the team to tough it out and get two wins tonight in their first Underdog Championship!
They first had to knock off the Thongs and Dongs in bright pink. They were determinded to make it the finals as they put away their first match in 2 commanding games. Their oppenent was to be decided so they grabbed a beer and waited for their fate. After 3 hard fought games, Sandy Balls took the opening the championship after defeating Where's The Bar?
The championship was split down the middle after 2 so both teams headed for game 3. However, it was the Blundercats that had played one less game and had just enough to stick in there for one more win to take home the gold! Great season teams, see you indoors!

The softcore 1 bracket was not an easy bracket to be in but the Gravy Diggers and Id Hit That made their way to the championship tonight to square off for all the bragging rights! Game 1 was all about the Diggers. They seemed to be finding all the holes on the other side of the net. But I'd Hit that is a team of veterans and they weren't going to go down without a fight. They rallied back and fought hard for 48 points but Gravy was able to take home a two game championship with a 25-23. It took extra points, but well worth it. Congrats Gravy Diggers!

With 4 new players to Woks Up Volleyball, this team came in ready to make their mark. Each one of them brought an important piece to the team and they played a calm and collected game of volleyball tonight in the 3 game win against Planet Volleywood. Planted Volleywood has some veteran Underdogers but they couldn't hold of the newbies in game 3. With 2 very close first games, the Ball Me Maybe squad was ready for their wristbands and they took home the lead in a commanding 21-11 win. Great job Jen, Zoe, Micha and TJ!
