This week the Sand Diggers dug deep into their play and worked for a tough win over the Thongs and Dongs. In the softcore championships the Thongs and Dongs were out to get revenge from the week 5 loss to the Sand Diggers. Thongs and Dongs played a very tough game one and looked as if they might run away with the championship. After Nate and Bree lead the team with some great setting and hitting, Ryan followed up with some great serves to take home the game one 1. But a refreshing intermission left the Sand Diggers ready to take home gold. The last two game of the night were as close at they can be but the Sand Diggers found a way to win with just a 2 point win in each game. Josh and Mandy lead the team to victory and we crowned the Sand Diggers the Softcore 2 champs tonight. Great play by both teams. See you next summer!

I'd Hit That took home the softcore 1 Championship tonight defeating You're My Boy Blue in the Semi's and Sloppy Sand Jobs in the Finals Lead by Kevin who was one fire tonight, they hit everything that came their way and they were not leaving without a win tonight. Renee and Karina add some great serving while Jay set the team up and had a few great saves! It was a tema effort for this team this season. Jessica add all the little things the team needed. They added another set of wristband to their collection as they defeated both of their oppenents in 2 games tonight. Great work to I'd Hit That...we will see you back next summer to defend that title!

The Multiple Scoregasms was a mix of two long time Underdog teams to become one great team for the late fall. And they came out tonight to do what they set their sights on in game 1 of the season....walk away with a new wristband and championship! It was a fun season for this team but tonight they showed why there are the best. They took a dominate win in game 1 by 8 points and took home game 2 by 4 points. Scott walked away with a big block. Rachel and Angela took turns serving it up and setting their team up while Ryan made some big hits. It was a fun season for the Multiple Scorgasms...they played the second best team and had to fight to win. Great Job Multiple Scoregasms and the Ball Busters. See you next summer!
