A helping hand
Robert Bach is this weeks player of the week. Robert is always a treat to be around no matter what Underdog sport he is playing. He is quick to introduce himself to his teammates and makes sure that they enjoy themselves throughout the night.

Robert always offers a word of encouragement on and off the court and his skills as a registered nurse allow him to help out when we have injuries.

Oh and lets not forget about his great play on the court. Robert is a game changer when he is out there, he is quick to block shots or chase down an errant pass.

Robert is a great ambassador for what it means to be an Underdog Player. Thanks Robert!!!

In honor of Heidi's killer night the team might consider changing their name to the Joy of Serves because that's what Heidi brought tonight. As quick as a jack rabbit sometimes it looked like he could just hang in the air ala Michael Jordan

Tonight's match between awesomesauce and joy of sets was an epic showdown of pure heart.

Tonight we saw a team step up and turn the corner and start to write a new chapter of believing in each other and what they CAN do as a TEAM.

Every single person on the team contributed to their victory what a great effort what a great job for never giving up.

This weeks player of the week on Thursday nights at "The Courts" is Cassandra Jones from Freeballers.

Cassandra put on a block party and kept the high flying Octothorpes in check with her amazing net play.

Throughout the match she could be seen sending shots back at her opponents and made several big key stops in some close games.

A unanimous choice by her teammates, she also contributed with her serves and overall play today.
