Linda's excitement from pulling off a close 2nd game win against the eventual champions Best Sets Ever has earned her player of the week in our final week of Spring Volleyball.
Linda had been playing with Underdog a quite a few seasons and each season she continues to get better in every way, but one thing hasn't changed and that is her positive attitude each week in the gym. Sets on the Beach has a team full of fun and friendly people and Linda led the charge this week. But if you are playing against her, you know it isn't just her friendly nature that got her player of the game. She has got some skills! With great serves and some awesome kills this week, Linda helped lead her team to force a game three.
Great job all season long Linda and all of Sets on the Beach. It was a fun spring, see you in the fall!

Daniel wowed his teammates and USL staff with his stellar play in every aspect of the game. From his consecutive and unstoppable services in Game 2 to secure the win, to countless dives for digs and aggressive play at the net, who could deny his energy and determination??? Not us! So pick up a your beverage of choice and toast to Daniel and Sets on the Beach for bringing it this week!! Not to mention their shirts are really cool.....
