POTW: Logan Bowden
East Burnouts
Logan was the heart and soul of the East Burnout's offensive explosion today. Batting lead-off, Logan was constantly getting on base and seemed to score a run for his team everytime. In the field, things were no different. Logan provided a steady glove and heads up defense to help propel the Burnouts to a big win. Congrats on a stellar day!

The Big Town Heroes - Indy #1
With her cool, calm and consistant pitching, Sabrina led her team to a big win Sunday. With cat quick reflexes, Sabrina made what appeared to be base hits into easy outs. She had a pretty good day at the plate as well, it seemed as if she was always getting on base and before you would know it, she was rounding third and scoring a run. Great all around performance today to lead her team to a big win.

POTW: Travis Keeney
The Hit and Runs - Indy #2
Travis appeared to be yielding the hammer of mighty Thor this week. Every hit off his bat sounded like the crack of thunder, and his mammoth HR's needed to be measured in miles, not feet. Travis provided the run support in an extremely close game and watching him round third on the way to home seemed to be a common occurance. Just a awesome day at the plate for Travis.

East Burnouts
As the old saying goes, "No glove, no love," our player of the week displayed a fielding prowess that will go down in history. Meghan seemed to come up with one spectacular catch after another on Sunday and patroled the center field gap like a puma protecting her territory. Anything hit her way was a sure out. Great play today, Meghan - truely awesome.

POTW: Angela Fojtik
The Big Town Heroes - Indy #1
Angela was a true defensive wizard on Sunday. She came up with one hit robbing catch after another and sealed the victory in a hotly contested affair with a clutch catch in the 7th with the opposition primed to tie the game or take the lead. Just a fantastic all around performance.

POTW: Kathleen Finn
East Burnouts
On a day where the Burnouts needed clutch defensive plays, Kat seemed to be in the middle of it all. She locked down second base and took one base hit after another away from the opposition. Her catch in the bottom of the 7th helped preserve a one run game and propel her team into the finals of the playoffs. Kat, more like CAT quick.
