We always try to come up with someone deserving for Player of the Week. This doesn't necessarily mean they were the best player on the field or had the big hit of the night, but rather someone who displays the "Underdog" spirit of having fun playing the game. This week when trying to determine the player most deserving, Andrew spoke up and declared, "because I'm a stud". Well Andrew, that's not for us to judge but you have been deemed Player of the Week for the awesomeness you brought this week at least. Way to go!
This lady needs no introduction if you were there you already know she was hott. So hott she had to stop, drop and roll to put herself out. (that girl was on fire) She had ben wanting a big hit all night and she finally got it and she was so excited she ran herself into the ground trying to get back to home plate. (after her stylish fall) She would not be denyed she got to her feet and continued on her way giving her a stand up tripple (if you can call all that rolling around stand up) it was a great freakin hit. And to out doo that she played third base like a G stopping everything or most everything that came her way. I called it the alybyss (you like how I did that alybyss, abyss get it got it.) She caught a screaming line drive, hit by a big guy and she didn't even blink. What makes her my choice for POtW, she will wake up tomorrow morning and hurting or not and she will go teach our youth all day with that beautiful smile she has and that makes her simply irrisistible for player of the week.
Awesome job tonight
The Honey nuts have it going on with the player of the week this week. They played a double hitter and win them both by the skin of their teeth but great team effort. But the stand out is this lady Michelle who is the team cheer leader and clutch hitter, she brings the noise and the funk. She is never quiet even when it looked like the Nuts were going to go quietly onto the night. Not this gal she gets passed me at the plate and gets on base before even I knew it. Hits left and right fielding this lady was getting it done. She usually has an her very own fan club who whoop it up for them but nothing dooing tonight. She said I will be the fan club tonight (playing with her husband and her brother) keeping everyone in the game when it was crazy quite this lady turned up the volume and brought the noise and the funk. She played that funky music, and put two w's in the book for the Honey nuts. I call them Honey nuts she just calls them Nuts. (I don't think she is calling them crazy but you never know with Michelle) Great effort, fantastic sportsman ship, you go girl!
